मनोबुद्धय्हंकार चित्तानि नाहं न च श्रोत्रजिव्हे न च घ्राणनेत्रे न च व्योमभूमिर्न तेजो न वायुः चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम ॥1॥
मैं न तो मन हूं‚ न बुद्धि‚ न अहांकार‚ न ही चित्त हूंमैं न तो कान हूं‚ न जीभ‚ न नासिका‚ न ही नेत्र हूंमैं न तो आकाश हूं‚ न धरती‚ न अग्नि‚ न ही वायु हूंमैं तो मात्र शुद्ध चेतना हूं‚ अनादि‚ अनंत हूं‚ अमर हूं। I am neither the mind, nor the intellect, nor the ego, nor the consciousness. I am neither the ears, nor the tongue, nor the nose, nor the eyes. I am neither the sky, nor the earth, nor the fire, nor the air. I am only pure consciousness, without beginning, without end, and immortal.
न च प्राणसंज्ञो न वै पंचवायुः न वा सप्तधातुः न वा पंचकोशः न वाक्पाणिपादं न चोपस्थपायु चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम ॥2॥
मैं न प्राण चेतना हूं‚ न ही ह्यशरीर को चलाने वालीहृ पञ्च वायु हूंमैं न ह्यशरीर का निर्माण करने वालीहृ सात धातुएं हूं‚ और न ही ह्यशरीर केहृ पाँच कोशमैं न वाणी हूं‚ न हाथ हूं‚ न पैर‚ न ही विसर्जन की इंद्रियां हूंमैं तो मात्र शुद्ध चेतना हूं‚ अनादि‚ अनंत हूं‚ अमर हूं। I am neither the life force (prana), nor the five winds that move the body. I am neither the seven elements that constitute the body, nor the five sheaths of the body. I am neither speech, nor the hands, nor the feet, nor the organs of elimination. I am only pure consciousness, without beginning, without end, and immortal.
न मे द्वेषरागौ न मे लोभ मोहौ मदो नैव मे नैव मात्सर्यभावः न धर्मो न चार्थो न कामो न मोक्षः चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम ॥3॥
न मुझे किसी से वैर है‚ न किसी से प्रेम‚ न मुझे लोभ है‚ न मोहन मुझे अभिमान है‚ न ईष्र्यामैं धर्म‚ धन‚ लालसा एवं मोह से परे हूंमैं तो मात्र शुद्ध चेतना हूं‚ अनादि‚ अनंत हूं‚ अमर हूं। I have no enmity with anyone, nor do I have love for anyone, I have no greed, nor attachment. I have no pride, nor jealousy. I am beyond righteousness, wealth, desire, and attachment. I am only pure consciousness, without beginning, without end, and immortal.
न पुण्यं न पापं न सौख्यं न दुःखं न मन्त्रो न तीर्थो न वेदा न यज्ञः अहं भोजनं नैव भोज्यं न भोक्ता चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम ॥4॥
मैं पुण्य‚ पाप‚ सुख और दुख से विलग हूंन मैं मंत्र हूं‚ न तीर्थ‚ न ज्ञान‚ न ही यज्ञन मैं भोजन हूं‚ न ही भोगने योग्य हूं‚ और न ही भोक्ता हूंमैं तो मात्र शुद्ध चेतना हूं‚ अनादि‚ अनंत हूं‚ अमर हूं। I am detached from virtue, sin, happiness, and sorrow. I am neither a mantra, nor a pilgrimage, nor knowledge, nor a sacrifice. I am neither food, nor something to be enjoyed, nor the one who enjoys. I am only pure consciousness, without beginning, without end, and immortal.
न मे मृत्युशंका न मे जातिभेदः पिता नैव मे नैव माता न जन्म न बन्धुर्न मित्रं गुरुर्नैव शिष्यं चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम ॥5॥
न मुझे मृत्यु का डर है‚ न जाति का भयमेरा न कोई पिता है‚ न माता‚ न ही मैं कभी जन्मा थामेरा न कोई भाई है‚ न मित्र‚ न गुरु‚ न शिष्यमैं तो मात्र शुद्ध चेतना हूं‚ अनादि‚ अनंत हूं‚ अमर हूं। I have no fear of death, nor fear of caste. I have no father, no mother, and I was never born. I have no brother, no friend, no guru, nor disciple. I am only pure consciousness, without beginning, without end, and immortal.
अहं निर्विकल्पो निराकार रूपो विभुत्वाच्च सर्वत्र सर्वेन्द्रियाणाम् न चासंगत नैव मुक्तिर्न मेयः चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम ॥6॥
मै निर्विकल्प हूं‚ निराकार हूंमैं विचार विमुक्त हूं‚ और सर्व इंद्रियों से पृथक हूंन मैं कल्पनीय हूं‚ न आसक्ति हूं‚ न ही मुक्ति हूंमैं तो मात्र शुद्ध चेतना हूं‚ अनादि‚ अनंत हूं‚ अमर हूं। I am formless, I am beyond all concepts. I am free from thoughts, and separate from all the senses. I am neither imaginable, nor attachment, nor liberation. I am only pure consciousness, without beginning, without end, and immortal.
